Refund policy
We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to let us know if we overlooked any flaws.
Due to the nature of our business and everything being custom and made to order we do not accept returns.
Please note that every ones screens shows colors and resolutions differently and we also use mock ups that can vary a small bit in the in real life color.
We will NOT refund or remake ANY products from customer error. This includes but not limited to; soaking cups, using the dishwasher to clean products, not following ALL directions on the care card that came with your cup purchase, misuse of any product etc..

Unfortunately returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost in transit through the mail system. It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our store front. This is an issue that would have to be brought up with USPS. If the package is redirected to us we will absolutely resend it to you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If a mistake is made on our part we will gladly exchange for the correct item. Or of a item is damaged we will as will. This does not include any damages outside the 10 day window or shipping damages as those are covered by USPS.
Refunds
If we need to refund you foe some reason Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
